While our vacuum sealers are designed for years of use, there are consumables that must be changed out periodically due to wear and tear and operator misuse.  The repair kit is recommended to be purchased with the machine, should something break or an operator lose a part, the unit could be down for 2-3 days minimum while your purchasing dept. coordinates the purchase of the kit. Each spare parts kit includes the following items:

(2) Tension springs

(2) 10mm nichrome heating elements

(2) 6 mil x 2" wide PTFE covers with adhesive strips

(2) 3/16"  x 0.5" wide silicon sealing bars

(2) 10 mil x 1" wide PTFE strips with adhesive backing
